An Arts Master Plan for Basalt

BPAC is seeking proposals for consultants to help with its first-ever Arts Master Plan.  The selected consultant will work with its arts commission, BPAC, and Town staff to accomplish this 5- to 10-year plan that will help Basalt build its arts identity and create a thriving arts and culture community.
